The Versatile/Infinite Blogger

Thank you to Moose and Michelle at The Lonely Tribalist for nominating me for The Versatile Blogger and Infinite Dreams awards!

Glorified chain letter or not, it still feels cool to be noticed by someone else in the blogging world! And it gives me a chance to share some bloggers I admire and enjoy following.

The rules for both awards are more or less the same:

  1. Thank the person that nominated you and include a link to their blog.
  2. Nominate 7-14 other bloggers for the award. Link to their blog and let them know!
  3. If applicable: Answer your nominator’s questions and ask 7-11 questions to your own nominees.
  4. If applicable: Share 7-11 facts about yourself.

Facts about me:

  1. Sandra is my middle name. My username, Sandra G, is an allusion to Sandra Dee from Grease, particularly this song.
  2. I haven’t driven a car in 5 months.
  3. I have auburn hair.
  4. I had a brief appearance in an Australian horror film that I’ve never watched.
  5. I’m currently teaching myself to play the spoons.
  6. If I’ve had an especially bad day, I like to crawl into bed, turn off the lights and watch several episodes of Spongebob Squarepants on my laptop.
  7. I have a scar in the shape of Ghostwriter on my right knee.
  8. I can juggle.

I’m going to copy Moose and Michelle by saying that the bloggers I’ve nominated shouldn’t feel obligated to participate. Regardless, I hope you know your readers appreciate you and hope you keep it up!

My nominees are:

  1. Belligerent Betty
  2. K E Garland
  3. Brown Books and Green Tea
  4. Just in Queso
  5. Monica Spees
  6. Am I Thirty Yet
  7. Soul Evergreen

  1. Thanks for the nomination! I’m going to post my facts here, if you don’t mind. I rarely post tags, but I still love doing them!

    1. I have a weakness for foods that involve cheese or meat layered on a carb or starch. Tater tots, nachos, loaded fries…all of it.
    2. I’ve recently explored transitioning into a career as a high school social studies teacher. We’ll see if it comes to fruition.
    3. I’ve lived a year on and off in East Africa. Last week, I missed it sorely.
    4. I’m absolutely awful at music. Playing instruments and singing are both things people told me to stop doing as a child. I’m that bad of a violinist.
    5. I always thought I’d marry a soccer player. Not necessarily a pro, but just someone who loved the game the way I did.
    6. I wish I could be a pastry chef. My first job in high school was at a bakery, writing on cakes and filling eclaires, etc.
    7. I make money on the side as a tutor. Its super lucrative, depending on how much of a people person you are.
    8. I definitely can’t juggle.
